3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use JyotiNow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your authentication credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Credits & Payments

• Free users receive a limited number of AI readings
• Credits are consumed per AI interaction (chat, compatibility, personalized horoscope)
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model
• Abuse the AI chat to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and AI-generated responses are the intellectual property of JyotiNow. You may share your personal readings but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the Service's content commercially.

8. Limitation of Liability

JyotiNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
